How do i motivate myself to run?

I have excess pounds to lose, but I am a little lazy to get up and run in the morning. How do I motivate myself to wake up early and go out running for an hour? I really want to get my good shape back and get better looking body. Any tips on how to gain motivation to run?

    If you just want to lose weight, running everyday can be very boring.
    Here are some tips to avoid quiting.
    When you wake up, don’t give yourself time to think about negative things, just get up, go brushing your teeth, washing your face.
    If you cannot do this, try to think about happy things, imagine you fit into beautiful dress, jeans.
    You can also find someone to run with you.
