I find I am getting a double chin, and it is getting bigger, how can eliminate a double chin the natural way? I tried some facial exercises, but my double chin won’t go away. Can anyone give me some effective exercise to remove double chin? I want to make it disappear therefore I will look better and feel comfortable.
Try doing this, place your fingers on the back side of your head, then use your thumbs to push the skin back (the skin under your chin) towards your ears. Repeat this for a few times.
Some people say chewing sugar-free gum will help, you can try it.
Open your mouth wide, hold for a few seconds, then rest. Repeat this for several times.
I don’t think you can spot eliminate your double chin by doing any special exercise. Just go cardio exercise like brisk walking or jogging, 1 hour everyday, this should work.
