Eating only fruits and vegetables to lose weight, can you?

Is it possible to lose weight by eating only fruits and vegetables for a week? If yes, how many fruits and vegetables should I eat a day? How much weight can I lose? I don’t have time to exercise because of busy schedule, do you have any good idea for weight loss when you have no time to work out?

    Though it is possible to get all nutrients we need from different fruits and veggetables, you need advice from experts. If you don’t have a proper list of fruits and veggetables, you will be at risk of malnutrition and other health problems. However, just one week should be OK.
