I heard doing yoga is good for burning fat, so I want to try out yoga and i want to burn fat from all over my body, but I need a answer, does yoga help you burn alot of fat? Yes or No? Should I do Yoga or excercise to eliminate body fat? Which is better?
I prefer aerobic exercises.
In my opinion, yoga looks more like a stretch training, and it can help stress relief.
But you can do both, go exercising, then do yoga as post exercise stretching.
