Does the flex belt burn fat over tummy?

Does the flex belt work for fat tummy? I am going to buy one, but wondering if it help burn tummy fat and give you defined abs? Is it worth the money?

    As far as I know, it does not burn fat, but help you tone ab muscles. If you don’t remove the belly fat, your abs won’t show. You’d better do cardio exercises to shed pounds off your belly.
