I mean is it burn more fat than exercise at night or in the afternoon?

In my opinion, YES.
Your body mainly use sugar as energy, when short of sugar, it will break down more fat to get enough energy.
Because you have not eaten for a few hours before you get up, you have little sugar stores. If you work out, you will run out of sugar stores fast. So, your body break down fat more quickly, then you burn more fat.
