Do you need prescription to buy appetite suppressants?

I need something to curb my appetite, do I need prescription to buy suppressants? Does anyone know any good appetite suppressant that is over the counter or prescription?

    There are different kinds of appetite suppressants on the market, you can buy some otc without prescrition, but some are prescription.
    I never use any appetite suppressant, heard Adderall works.
