Did You Exercise After Drinking Alcohol?

Read this if you do exercise after drinking.

It is said that even small amount of alcohol can increase your muscular endurance and strength.  But this last short. Only about 20 mins after that, you will see the negative problems. If you are not careful, alcohol can do harm to your body.

There are many negative points of alcohol.
1, It may cause severe deterioration of your central nervous system, it may reduce your aerobic capability, ability to metabolize fat, endurance, recovery time, strength, and also have some bad effect on muscle building.
2, Alcohol can damage blood cells, make you with less functional muscle contractions. And it will take you more time to recuperate after exercising.
3, Drinking alcohol do also hurt your heart and circulatory system.
Your heat loss will increase when you drink. This can make your muscle cold, then slower, weaker during your muscle contractions
4, Because alcohol will interfer the absorption of some main nutrents, it can also cause digestive and nutrition problems.
5, If you drink too much, alcohol will damage your liver.
So, don’t drink too much.
And since drinking alcohol will impair your coordination and  balance, don’t drink alcohol before you go to exercise. Or don’t exercise after drinking alcohol.

Drink less and live healthier.
