I am desperate to lose 20 pounds safely by running, how long will it takes? Can some1 tell me when is the best time to run to burn body fat quickly? I know it is a stupid question, but I want to lose weight efficiently. Any specific time for running works the the best? 5 am? 6 pm? 10 pm? or ? Morning, afternoon, or night? Before a meal or after meal? Please help, I really want to get back into shape through running. Thanks.
