I have to sit in front of computer all day, and almost everyday. I have gained about 35 lbs the last 10 months. How can I lose weight when I have to use computer so much everyday? Are there some specific exercises for computer users? Any great tips to lose weight while on the computer? Thx.
Do more exercising when you are not working, such as running in the morning, walking after dinner.

When you sit in front of the computer, lifting up your legs at the same time, not too high, just about 4-6 inches away from the floor, holds for as long as you can, then rest a few seconds, repeat this for a few times.
