Can you lose love handles by running?

I am fit everywhere on my body but have love handles. It really bothers me a lot. What are some easy things I can do to get rid of it? Can you lose your love handles by running 30 minutes a day? I just want a slender waist. Help

    The only way to get rid of your love handles is to burn off excess fat. That means you need eating healthy food and doing workouts regularly. I think running is a good workout for love handles. Side crunches, pilates, yoga may also help. About eating, no processed food with added sugar, no fried food, no hamburger. Eat natural food like green leafy veggies, & fruits. And drink enough water.
