Can You Lose Inches Without Losing Weight?

I’d like to lose inches to get smaller waist and thighs, but my BMI is OK, I don’t want to lose any weight.
So, I am wondering if it is possible to lose inches without losing too much weight?

    Yes, you can lose inches without losing weight.
    If you get rid of fat on your waist and thighs, you lose inches. To maintain your weight, you can do weights to build muscle.
    BTW, BMI is just a guideline, it doesn’t show how much fat and muscle you have. Sometimes, it is not accurate. So, don’t care about BMI so much.
    Doing any cardio exercise to burn off body fat, you will notice fat loss on your waist and thighs.
    To get rid of fat more quickly, doing weights to speed up fat burning.
