Can you lose 25 pounds in 3 months?

In the past 3 months, I have put on a lot of weight, like 25 to 30 pounds, I think that’s because I did not go exercising, I used to run for half an hour every morning, but in the last months, I find I cant wake up early in the morning. Now, I need to get into shape again, I have about 3 months to lose the extra 25 – 30 lbs. What can I do to get rid of it? Please don’t suggest me to run in the morning again, because I can’t get up that early. And I don’t like to go to the gym, I don’t want diet pills or surgery. Just some natural ways to lose fat. Thanks.

    This is about 2 lbs a week, it’s a realistic rate.
    You don’t need to run in the morning, just exercise whenever you have time.
